Product purchased with us usually has a schedule in which it needs to be turned/flipped. Your staff member will be able to provide that timing at the time of purchase. Call us and we can schedule a time to pay you a visit to provide this service, free of charge.

We are not a furniture repair business. However, product sold by McKay’s is protected under warranty, which varies by manufacturer. Even in some cases where the warranty has expired, we can find a solution which all parties find amenable. We may be able to refer you to local repair shops.
